Tabbouleh: Middle Eastern Parsley salad.
Serves 4-6 people.
For 1-2 people servings cut ingredients in half.
– Soak Bulgur in 1 cup hot water for an hour.
– Group parsley leaves into a bunch and wash thoroughly
– Cut the stems off and finely chop the parsley
– Cut the rest of the vegetables and herbs and mix with parsley
– Drain Bulgur and add to the salad
– Add olive oil, lemon juice , salt and pepper.
